The Gastronome Club of San Francisco was founded on December 8, 1947 at a dinner meeting at the Sir Francis Drake Hotel.

The Gastronome Club is an independent social club consisting of working and retired food service professionals. The purpose of the Club is to promote good fellowship, enjoy good food and wine at social functions and to support Culinary Education in the form of a Gastronome Club Scholarship.

5 Stars Yacht Boat Cruise

Chef & Captain Johnny Scopazzi once again will host a pleasurable boat cruise. Last year we met around 4pm in San Francisco at Pier 40 set sail at 4:30pm. Estimated return will be around 7:30pm. Food & full bar. This event is being discussed as a fundraiser for the Club. Donations are very welcome!
